Life can be challenging! At times we may feel overwhelming anxiety, depression, a lack of confidence or low self-esteem. To recognise that you are struggling or stuck and finding the courage to seek help is a huge step.

I have completed a BA Hons in Person-centred counselling and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling professions, (BACP). I work with individuals in my private practice in Oulton Broad and at As One, 48 Prince of Wales road, Norwich, NR1 1LL. My approach focuses on the therapeutic relationship, recognising that each client is unique in their experiencing.
